We not only refaced these cabinets we replaced the counter tops and added a laminate back splash. This customer decided to upgrade their appliances. We have a local source for appliances where we can generally save you money on most appliances. We think the Red Oak Refacing of the existing cabinets and the addition of "clean steel" appliances added much value to this home. Also note the mircowave - we were able to move the existing cabinet thus saving the customer more money.
